Hello, my name is David Maxwell and I am a licensed general contractor (TN #74877) building houses and enhancing existing homes in Middle Tennessee. I strive to create beautiful yet affordable homes that will provide a lifetime of wonderful memories. It may sound cheesy, but I tell people that I build houses I would want to live in.
I have been building things for as long as I can remember – from tree houses and forts as a child to now to building houses for myself and others. In between I built decks and remodeled houses with my dad while in school, managed construction projects in Belize and Mexico while in college, and started building houses in 2018. I am passionate about inspirational design, quality materials, and first class craftsmanship. You can read more detail about those here. I love working with others to create their dream dwelling.
MaxNashville LLC has recently expanded to include home and project design as well as decks and other home enhancement projects. In a way it is a return to my roots and I am excited about the opportunity to serve more customers in the Columbia area.
Deckman
The streets of Columbia were mayhem. All over town innocent people were being ignored, overcharged, and strung along by unscrupulous contractors. They were fed up with missed appointments and unfulfilled expectations. Who could save them from this madness? DECKMAN! Swooping in to provide quality decks and other services, he is truly the superhero that Maury County deserves.
